Our Family

Casey and I have been married over 12 years! Casey still loves to cheer on his BYU Cougars and the Utah Jazz and I have time I love to squeeze in my Photography and running. These are some snap shots of our busy life with our 4 children. 2 girls and 2 boys!

I fixed it! Yay me!

So for the last week the dishes on top rack of my dishwasher have come out just a filthy as they went in. So annoying! Every time I started it I would check and see if the spinner was spinning, and it kind of was...But the cups and stuff only were misted inside, hardly wet!!!
So Casey finally said he was going to tear the washer apart! We took it apart and couldn't see anything wrong, maybe a toothpick here and there, but nothing major. By the time we got it back together it was 11:30 pm, so Casey went to bed.
I wasn't satisfied, so after an hour and a half of searching the Internet, I found out it could be the "chopper blade assembly". I took the washer apart again, and went deeper this time and found the blade busted off just laying there. And the strainer thing was completely clogged! Which means no water pressure to make the top spray arm spin and clean my dishes!
So today I picked up my new piece, installed it, and boom! My dishwasher runs like a dream!
I am such a nerd! But hey, nerds save money, right?!

Bella & Olivia must have the same stylist. So bella dressed herself in some random outfit for pre-school and I wasn't in the mood to fight her on it. Complete with one of my scarves to wrap around her shoulders like a pashmina or shawl. My mom picked her up to bring her home and came in saying "bella looks like a bag lady today". Nice!

Good job Lindsi. There is nothing like the satisfaction of fixing something that is broken and restoring it to working order. It makes me feel great that you can fix anything.

I guess if dad's not home I will be calling you for help! I can't believe they put plastic parts on things like that. Good job!

Holy Cow Lindsi! I think the best part was that you added text to your photos of the broken dishwasher. Way to go!
