Ward Campout {Survivor Style}

We had our first ward campout this year. Callie was in charge since she is still the activities committee chair. I helped and made these posters and invites. They were pretty fun to make.

Callie planned a yummy barbeque beef Dutch oven dinner, like we used to have at our campouts growing up. She also planned a fun reward challenge. We divided up into tribes and had to run into the forest and find our color lettered logs that were tied to a tree. Then bring them back and figure out what they were supposed to spell. Then we had a fun campfire with singing, Cody really got into this and joined the girls and did the actions for some of the songs. Then Terry Taylor came and talked to us about Porter Rockwell and how he was a great survivor in the wilderness. Callie did an awesome job!
